Here you will find our frequently asked questions regarding Summer School for Summer 2019.

1. What is the first instructional day for MAST students? The first in instructional day for all high school students is Monday, July 1, 2019.

2. What are summer school hours at MAST? Summer school classes take place from 8:20am – 2:37pm from Monday-Thursday. How long they will be in class depending on how many classes your child has to take this summer. MAST guidance counselors will notify parents of the courses there student must take this summer, if needed.

3. Is summer school closed on Independence Day? Yes, on Thursday, July 4, 2019 schools are closed and no classes will are in session.

4. What is the last instructional day for MAST high school students? The last instructional day for MAST high school students is on Friday, August 9, 2019.

5. When are regents exams for high school students? Regents exams for high school students are from August 13 to August 14, 2019.

6. How do I know if my child will be promoted to the next grade? In mid-August, schools send a round of letters to families, notifying them if their child will be promoted to the next grade.
