This program is designed to offer the students a wide variety of cardiovascular fitness activities in order to enhance physical wellness. Activities include: Step aerobics, High/Low impact, Yoga, Zumba, Kickboxing, Insanity, Cardio Drumming, Rope jumping, and track workouts. This program also offers a variety of strength training activities that include: Circuit training, Body sculpting, Pilates and core work, and resistance/weight training.
