In the document provided, list the types of foods that you would eat in each food group. Include the information you gathered from the first "My Plate" assignment to see how much of each food group you should eat.

During Asynchronous time, take the free personality test found in the link below. This test is also known as the Myers-Briggs Test. After answering the survey questions, you will be given your personality type (represented by letters and a title). Write down your personality type in the Google Doc attached. Once you have done that, read more about your personality type and take down important information on the Google Doc. This will be used during Class Discussion on Thursday.

Directions: Using either a video recording software (Flipgrid, Zoom, etc...) or a Google Doc, you will evaluate the 8 Dimensions of Wellness and explain which type of wellness you are strong in and which you feel you are weak in. You will explain why you feel this way and what habits you have that make you healthy/unhealthy in this area.
Once time is up, we will return to the Class Zoom call and share out responses.
