VIRTUAL PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES
Dear MAST Parents and Guardians:
Parents and teachers will have a special opportunity to virtually meet on Thursday, November 17 from 5:30 pm- 8:00 pm, and Friday, November 18 from 12:30 pm- 3:00 pm to discuss your child’s educational progress. We will utilize a new system called Teacher Reacher in order to conduct Individualized Parent-Teacher Conferences via Zoom. Please note that on Friday, November 18, students will follow a half-day schedule.
Parents/Guardians will use the “TeacherReacher.com” website found at www.teacherreacher.com to register for parent-teacher appointments. It is strongly recommended that you set up your Parent Account as soon as possible.
Registration for reserving conference times begins on Monday, November 14, and concludes on Friday, November 18th, at 12 pm.
Each appointment is scheduled for six minutes. As you schedule your appointments, they will appear on your appointment list. Next to each teacher’s name in the list is a “Click Here” link, under the heading Video Conf. Link. Click that link on the evening of the conference to join the video parent/teacher conference.
Parents/guardians will be expected to honor the time limitations of individual sessions. In order for the maximum number of parents/guardians to benefit from these appointments, it is absolutely necessary that everyone abides by the six-minute timeframe. When scheduling conferences, please be certain to build in time to get from one zoom link to the next.
Please be aware that teachers will not be able to honor any unscheduled appointments. In addition, the times for scheduled appointments will be strictly followed. If you are late or miss your appointment, you may schedule a phone conference or Zoom meeting for a future date during the Teacher’s Daily Office Hours from 8:20 am to 8:29 am.
